MANAGEMENT

Ioannis Mikellides

Member of the Board of Directors
& Chief Operating Officer

Ioannis Mikellides serves as Chief Operating Officer within the JRP Group platform.

He is a business and corporate advisory professional with extensive experience in international corporate structures, business administration, strategic planning and commercial advisory services.

Throughout his professional career, he has assisted international businesses, entrepreneurs and investment structures on corporate governance, regulatory matters and business development initiatives. He has been actively involved in establishing commercial relationships, coordinating international projects and supporting cross-border business opportunities across multiple jurisdictions.

As Chief Operating Officer, he supports the Group’s day-to-day operations, strategic initiatives and client relationships, helping ensure the efficient delivery of the Group’s business development and commercial origination services.

He holds a BSc (Hons) in Economic Science from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, an MSc in Finance, Investment and Risk from the University of Kent and is a Certified Person for AML purposes under the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC).

Vassilis Solomonides

Chief Financial Officer

Vassilis Solomonides serves as Chief Financial Officer within the JRP Group platform.

His academic background includes a BA (Hons) degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne, as well as the ACA professional qualification. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and a Certified Person for AML purposes under the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC).

Vassilis has extensive experience in financial management, corporate finance, international corporate structures and business operations.

Throughout his professional career, he has been involved in the financial management and oversight of international corporate groups, supporting strategic business initiatives, corporate transactions and cross-border operations. His expertise includes financial reporting, budgeting, corporate governance, risk management and operational planning.
